Titre:

Graph Modelling and Use Cases in Biology and Energy

Résumé:

The aim of this presentation is to introduce graph modelling and local algorithms through two use cases. The first, in biology, enables the detection of signal pathways in proteins, whilst the second, in energy, involves identifying defects in solar panels. These techniques allow defects to be introduced to inhibit or promote certain protein functions, and also enable the fusion of heterogeneous data to predict defective solar panels (the graph will be presented in Neo4j).
